Therapeutic Sessions more goal oriented, my pace is very slow or sustained for long periods. It generally takes one hour per area of the body. Stretching can be added in if you'd like where I hold poses 5+ mins.

I also offer 2 hour sessions for full relaxation.

Sessions are performed on a heated table, include aromatherapy, and heated massage oil, cream, or gel depending on your preference. In-calls include hot towels and you’re welcome to shower after.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage uses slow, firm pressure to work through the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, helping to relieve chronic pain and stiffness.

Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger point therapy targets specific “knots” in the muscles that cause pain and discomfort by apply direct & sustained pressure until they release.

Myofascial Release
Myofascial release focuses on the fascia—the connective tissue that wraps around your muscles and organs. Static and sustained sustained dragging to areas where the fascia is tight helps to loosen up restrictions and improve movement. It’s especially helpful for chronic pain, poor posture, or tight muscles.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is all about relaxation. The therapist uses smooth, warm stones placed on your body to melt away muscle tension and promote relaxation. The heat helps increase blood flow and relax your muscles, making it easier to work out any soreness or tightness. Sometimes, the therapist will also use the stones to massage the body, adding another layer of relief. It’s perfect if you’re looking to unwind and de-stress while soothing any aches and pains.
